We at OurSys ERP continually think of how we can give more value to our customers. In line with this philosophy, we had released Supplier Interface. OurSys Supplier Interface allows your suppliers to login into OurSys and be part of your company's eco-system. There are multiple benefits of using the Supplier interface.
We have the feature of sending Purchase Orders by email. But sometimes, the emails can go into SPAM. Also if the number of emails being sent from the organisation is high, the email is not sent instantly. But with this feature, the supplier can instantly see the PO as soon as it is generated.
The supplier then acknowledges the order in OurSys itself, thus ensuring that the PO has reached and has been accepted.
Suppliers can update the status of each order line in the system itself and purchase officers can comment and have a two way communication
Once the material is ready, the supplier selects the items being delivered and generates an Advance Shipment Notice Number (ASN). Supplier then mentions this ASN No on their invoice.
When the material reaches our receiving, there is provision to enter this ASN No in the GRN screen. As soon as this ASN No is entered, the GRN draft gets created thus saving a huge amount of time. The store keeper just has to count the quantity and generate the GRN.
Suppliers can also upload documents such as TC & Inspection Report for each delivery.
Suppliers are able to see the net pending order lines in real time helping them to prioritise and deliver.
